Hyperpigmentation is caused by an increase in melanin. Melanin is the natural pigment that gives our skin, hair and eyes their color. A number of factors can trigger an increase in melanin production, but the main ones are sun exposure, hormonal influences, age and skin injuries or inflammation.

Our aesthetician will assess stretch marks and scars and recommend a treatment plan to increase collagen production and reduce appearance. Depending on severity we have a few modalities that will address these concerns.

We highly recommend you attend a consultation, where our aesthetician will be able to diagnose the type of acne you have and grade its severity as either mild, moderate or severe. There are many different types of acne, which makes a personalised treatment plan very important.
